6. Responsibilities
- Directors and Management are accountable for setting the direction and ensuring compliance with this policy.
- Supervisors and Team Leaders are responsible for promoting best practices on sites and reporting breaches or improvements.
- All Employees and Contractors are expected to adopt environmentally responsible behaviours and report any environmental hazards or incidents.
7. Communication
This Environmental Policy is:
- Provided to all new staff during onboarding.
- Included in the company’s site induction packs.
- Displayed in the head office and relevant worksites.
- Available to clients and stakeholders upon request.
